Bookings & Cancellation Policy :

Please note our policy on cancellations. If notice of cancellation is advised by phone or email - less than 24hrs before scheduled appointment - then you will be charged the full appointment fee. The reason for this is;
1. We do not have sufficient time to contact our wait list and schedule another client.
2. Our staff are paid on a per treatment basis.
We understand that from time to time unavoidable circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel an appointment.

Also please allow enough time for traffic and parking, as your treatment time may be shortened if you are late. Thank you for your understanding, your co-orporation will help us to provide quality service to you at Optimum Health.
