I employ a wide range of treatments, usually starting with diet as good nutrition is one of the key components to optimum health. In our assessment I also incorporate where necessary vitamin & mineral supplements and herbal medicines. In a lot of cases I have seen with new clients they are often taking unnecessary vitamins and supplements for their situation or not taking the correct supplements for where they are in their life. The iridology consists of taking a picture of the eye and displaying it on a TV monitor.

I will then discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing, using traditional diagnostic techniques such as symptoms and/or physical indications. I will also discuss with you your type of constitution, linking your constitution with any iris marking and possible symptoms.

This normally involves dietary changes in consultation with the client considering their lifestyle, work environment and current health situation. This may require herbal medicine or vitamin supplements if necessary to bring the body back to optimum health.
